Our next project is a jewelry sales website from Ukraine. The client operates in a highly competitive services segment with a long decision-making cycle. Core Problem

The client approached us with a request for stable growth of organic traffic and inquiries from search engines. At the start of the work, the website had technical limitations, an unstructured services page architecture, and weak visibility for key commercial queries. A separate objective was building brand trust in search results, taking into account the specifics of the niche and the Ukrainian market.

Our Actions

At the initial phase, we conducted an expedited yet exhaustive SEO audit of the website, incorporating a targeted review of zombie pages (those that draw no traffic), fail to appear in search results, yet persist in Google’s index.

Leveraging the audit’s insights, we developed precise technical directives and executed a comprehensive site overhaul: indexing anomalies were rectified, and essential technical elements were meticulously calibrated.

In tandem, we reengineered the site’s architecture.

We scrutinized every category of service pages, established a coherent hierarchical framework, and optimized internal linking to bolster high-priority commercial pages while ensuring equitable distribution of link equity throughout the platform.

The subsequent phase centered on semantics and content optimization.

We compiled semantic cores for every existing page and crafted tailored, high-performing texts. Meta tags and H-tags underwent refinement, elevating the pages’ alignment with targeted search queries. Furthermore, we produced a curated collection of low-competition informational articles, strategically deployed to fortify landing pages via targeted internal linking.

Link-building initiatives proceeded continuously throughout the engagement.

We dissected competitors’ backlink ecosystems and pivoted to targeted outreach for placements. Custom thematic content was developed and disseminated across authoritative platforms, with subsequent reinforcement through a multi-tiered architecture designed to amplify the potency of each link. Every aspect of this work was attuned to the niche’s unique dynamics and precise geographic targeting.

Within the framework of our extended partnership, we integrated SERM, SMM, and Local SEO efforts as well. These measures amplified the brand’s visibility in localized search outcomes, bolstered consumer confidence, and cultivated an enduring, authoritative brand persona across search engines. Across the full duration of the project, the client was kept abreast of developments through consistent progress updates and actively engaged in validating pivotal strategic choices.

Results

The results achieved fully matched the client’s initial request for sustainable growth and long-term impact. According to Ahrefs data, from June 2023 to March 2024, organic traffic increased from 853 to 1,962 visits. Keyword visibility grew from 533 to 2,676 queries.

Significant gains were also evident in the top-ranking positions. The keyword count rose to:

  • in the Top 3 from 28 to 103,
  • in the Top 10 from 33 to 179,
  • in the Top 20 from 58 to 321.

The numerical dynamics clearly show both traffic growth and a qualitative strengthening of positions for commercially significant queries.
Screenshots from Ahrefs and other tools clearly demonstrate steady and stable growth without sharp drops, which is especially important for a long-term project in the services niche.

Conclusion

Long-term, systematic work allowed the client to achieve stable organic growth, strengthen brand positions in search results, and build a reliable foundation for further business development.
