Our client is a SaaS product specializing in multi-factor passwordless authentication. Their solution allows users to securely access digital services without traditional logins and passwords.

The project operates in the global market and requires a comprehensive repositioning, as well as a strong increase in targeted traffic that could effectively convert into qualified leads.

Objectives

  • At the first stage, it was necessary to perform a website audit and eliminate technical and structural limitations hindering growth.
  • At the second stage, we rebuild the semantic core and adjust the product’s positioning in search.
  • At the third stage, the focus shifted to scaling traffic and strengthening the backlink profile to improve rankings.

Our Actions

Our work on the project began with a comprehensive SEO audit. We conducted a thorough analysis of the key ranking factors, identified technical limitations, and prepared detailed recommendations for website improvements. Based on the audit results, we created a comprehensive technical brief for the development team. It included structural changes to key pages and optimizations to core SEO parameters.

At the same time, we performed an in-depth competitor analysis in the cybersecurity and identity management niche. This helped us refine the overall promotion strategy and uncover new growth opportunities. Special attention was given to product positioning. Our experts excluded irrelevant queries related to password managers from the semantic core.

After restructuring the semantic core, the website structure was optimized. We proposed new levels of page hierarchy and additional landing pages for target keyword clusters. Once approved, the structure was implemented, which expanded coverage and improved page relevance.

Organic traffic increased from 141 to 449 clicks per month, representing a 218% growth. At the same time, the average ranking position improved from 33.8 to 7.6, a 78% improvement.

The main results were driven by structural changes to the website, semantic core refinement, and consistent strengthening of the backlink profile. After implementing these changes, we saw stable ranking growth with no sharp fluctuations.

The results aligned with the initial objectives: increased volume of targeted traffic and improved product positioning in search.
