At the outset, the website generated only 325 organic visits and had visibility for just 117 keywords. With such limited metrics, the search channel was unable to consistently attract high-quality, qualified clients for the business.

Our Actions

First, our team analyzed the current landscape to determine which backlinks were already in place, how they influenced rankings, and where the site was falling behind competitors. In the executive search niche, this is particularly critical, as a mass-market approach is ineffective. Each link must be strategically placed to reinforce specific target pages.

Following the analysis, our experts developed a strategy tailored to a limited budget. The goal was not sheer volume, but precision, focusing on placement types that deliver the maximum impact for every dollar invested.

Keyword visibility grew from 117 to 242 (+106.83%). However, the most significant impact was seen in the distribution of rankings:

  • TOP-1: increased from 17 to 55 keywords.
  • TOP-10: increased from 54 to 157 keywords.

In effect, the website nearly tripled its presence in the TOP-10, adding 103 high-ranking keywords that directly fueled the surge in organic traffic.

Growth remained stable throughout the entire period, without sharp spikes or subsequent rollbacks. This stability is particularly vital for B2B projects, where long-term sustainability often carries more weight than short-term gains.

Given the budget constraints, these results are exceptionally strong. The project successfully moved out of the low-visibility zone and has begun consistently strengthening its rankings across all target segments.

Conclusion

Even with a limited budget, link building can deliver exponential growth when the strategy is precisely aligned with niche-specific requirements.
